At BallereTTe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
